Author Talk: White Dresses: “A Memoir of Love and Secrets, Mothers and Daughters” by Mary Pflum Peterson

Peterson tells the story of a mother-daughter journey through love, faith, loss and ultimate redemption, spanning three generations of women. The memoir told through their white dresses deals with many topics that are poignant in today’s society.  Ms. Peterson is a veteran multi-Emmy award winning producer at Good Morning America.  Her work has taken her to papal funerals, the ravaged remains of New Orleans, a royal wedding in London and numerous Oscar ceremonies.  Prior to GMA, Pflum Peterson was a producer and reporter for CNN.
