Audition for the 2017 Summer Intensive at Ballet des Amériques

Auditions for the 2017 Summer Intensive program at Ballet des Amériques will be held at 16 King Street in Port Chester on Saturday, March 4, 2017, 10am to 12pm. Please call 646-753-0457 or e-mail admin@balletdesameriques.com to pre-register. A $25 audition fee is due at the time of the audition.

The 2017 Summer Intensive is a 4-week program from July 31 through August 25, 2017, Mondays through Fridays from 9am until 2:30pm. A concluding performance is scheduled for Saturday, August 26, at the Tarrytown Music Hall – details to be announced.

Our comprehensive program includes classes and workshops in: ballet, pre-pointe, pointe, répertoire, partnering, modern dance, modern jazz, barre au sol, music and voice, ballet terminology (French), dance history, acting, arts and crafts, folkloric dance, stage makeup. Each week there will be Master Classes taught by renowned guest teachers.
