ArtsWestchester ArtsMobile | Highlands Halloween Spooktacular

Don your costume and join community members of all ages for refreshments, treat bags, a stroll through the park, and a special Halloween craft. This event has quickly become a favorite in the Highlands. Event is free to residents & families who reside within the Highlands district.

The ArtsMobile by ArtsWestchester offers community members of all ages the opportunity to participate in arts activities throughout the county from March through October.
