The ArtsMobile by ArtsWestchester offers community members of all ages the opportunity to participate in arts activities throughout the county from April through October.
Stop by the ArtsMobile at CityFest in Mount Vernon from 11:30am-4:00pm to participate in a visual arts workshop.
