Allowing Character to Build Narrative with Christina Chiu on Zoom
It’s hard to trust others to do the work, especially when she’s a character in your mind. But strong narrative is build on strong character; someone deeply realized, and while not necessarily “likeable” to all, has a resonant experience, which however unique, is universal. In this workshop we will explore the complexities of character and how to build trust in yourself to write that character.
NB: This class will take place on Zoom and is capped at 12 students. Zoom link will be emailed (please check spam) at the time of registration. Tickets are $124. Please register at: https://www.writerscenter.org/calendar/chiuzoom/
There are two free Altman Persons of Color Scholarships available on a first come, first served basis. Please register for no more than one per month per student. Let HVWC know immediately if your plans change and you can no longer attend the class so we can offer the scholarship to another student. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
