ALEX BARNETT’S ONE MAN SHOW “MULTI-RACIAL FAMILY MAN”

Alex Barnett is a 48-year-old, White, Jewish man married to a 46-year-old Black woman who converted to Judaism. They have a 4-year-old son.  They supposedly are middle-class, but their bank account says otherwise.  They live in the Age of Obama, but still deal with racism and issues of race.

So, they’re a middle-aged, interracial couple, parents to a toddler, and struggling to make ends meet.  In other words, they’re exhausted, insane, and on the financial brink.  But at least because of their family’s racial composition, they’re definitely ‘trending.’  They’re #cooltiredbroke.  And, this is their story.
