Advanced Information Architecture

Good information architecture is key to creating engaging and intuitive websites. Improving the way the information in your site or application is organized and presented is one of the most cost-effective ways of increasing user satisfaction and engagement. In this course, you will learn the tools and methods to evaluate and create a good information architecture. Learn how to plan, create and conduct your own card sorting, a common information architecture method to create a global site framework, and employ different online and offline usability methods to test your site with end users.
