Adult Workshop: Make Your Own Clay Whistle

Adults • Thursdays, October 31 & November 14, Noon – 2:00 pm

Come learn to make your own ceramic whistle! Using clay, the class will follow Joel’s lead as they design and build whistles. Whistles are fired and ready in 2 weeks, and ready to glaze during the second session. This ancient art can be accomplished in 4 easy steps: make whistle-heads; make pinch pots; attach, test, and modify; add sculptural or decorative details. Simple and fun! All supplies included.
