M&M Performing Arts Company brings a comedic, chaotic and crazy rendition of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream to Lyndhurst Mansion this February and March. Performed in repertory with a madcap mash-up of Shakespeare plays called, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) in the Grand Picture Gallery of Lyndhurst.

Young lovers falling comically in and out of love and a blundering troupe of actors misadventures under the spell of mischievous fairies in a forest over the course of a magical night are featured in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. M&M’s production is set in Victorian dress to suit the Gothic Revival masterpiece it is performed in. The play is one of Shakespeare’s most popular works for the stage.

Performances are in the Grand Picture Gallery of Lyndhurst Mansion. Guests must be able to climb the main staircase to reach the second floor level as there is no elevator. Opening February 28 and running through March 21, 2020. Tickets on sale now at Lyndhurst.org. To purchase tickets by phone: Call 1-888-718-4253 opt. 1 (please note that additional fees apply to phone orders.) Tickets are $40 for all seats. Appropriate for age 13 and up.
