17th Annual Peekskill Open Studios

The Peekskill Arts Alliance (PAA) is proud to present this exciting annual arts event. See visual and performing arts by more than 100 artists in their studios, performance spaces and other special exhibits throughout the City of Peekskill, NY. Celebrate art all day and enjoy music & dining in the bustling cafes and restaurants at night.
Guided and self-guided tours available. Find maps with studio locations and events at the Jan Peek Gazebo on the
corner of N. Division St. and Park St.
Two Special Exhibits of PAA members will be open for this event:
WCC Gallery – Peekskill artists located outside of Downtown or “Off the Beaten Track” will be showing their work at the Westchester Community College gallery located at 27 North Division Street, Peekskill, NY.
Paramount Hudson Valley – “Sneak Peek Showcase”, an exhibit with examples of works to be found in each participating artist’s studio.
Additional Excitement –Performances at EMBARK|Peekskill, New Era Creative Space, and more to come!
Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art has free admission that weekend. Many venues such as 12
Grapes Restaurant will host Art Exhibits. More venues to follow.
A Touch of OZ – Discover the connection of The Wonderful Wizard of OZ, and Peekskill! Characters from Antonia Arts “Peekskill’s Journey to Oz Project” will join Open Studios with characters in costume assisting visitors and performing in several local venues.

This 2 day event has a wide range of visual art as well as performing art. It will include traditional and contemporary paintings, sculptures, video art, photography, installation pieces, ceramics, prints, drawings, silk paintings and performance arts. The Peekskill art scene is an evolving and vibrant community. New artists and performers continue to flock to Peekskill each year.
