Learn about Sadhana yoga, the yoga of spiritual practice, as we set intentions, calm nerves and gain poise. Taught by Didi Siri Jai McKay, who has studied many forms of yoga, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Kundalini. Didi most recently trained and studied yoga with School Yoga Institute in the Sacred Valley of Peru.
