Tai Chi For Health with Stu Reis

4-week series: June 29, July 6, 13, 20

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese exercise that consists of relaxed, gentle and fluid movements. This course teaches the Yang-style short form, and can be prac- ticed almost anywhere, by anyone, and is beneficial to people of all ages and fitness levels. Tai Chi will:

• Increase balance and flexibility

• Reduce stress by increasing the sensation of relaxation

• Aid in better overall health

• Increase vitality and longevity
