Jazz Guitarist Lou Volpe
On Thursday, October 9th Lou Volpe will play in the main dining room from 7 to 10 pm. A gifted jazz guitarist, Volpe has a performing and recording resume that includes such artists as Peggy Lee, Chaka Khan, Bo Diddley, The Manhattan Transfer, Chet Baker, Liza Minnelli, Bette Midler and the legendary Herbie Mann as well as Herbie Hancock. No less an expert than George Benson calls him “a great guitarist. You should hear this guy play.” No cover charge, but tables in the main dining room are reserved for those ordering a meal and there is a two-drink minimum at the bar.
