Pelham Art Center is thrilled to announce the second Storefront Project, UPCYCLED THROUGH DESIGN, a pop-up exhibition of three collaborative works of art created by 34 artists associated with The Institutes of Applied Human Dynamics, Inc. (IAHD) in the Bronx.
