Young Artists Concerto Concert

Thus event features the winners of the 36th FAOS Concerto Competition for Westchester County high school students as soloists. Come and hear the “musicians of tomorrow” perform at a free SUnday afternoon concert

FIRST PLACE – Alan Yao, 15 year old violinist from Scarsdale, NY performs the Sibelius Violin Concerto in D Minor.

SECOND PLACE – Sophie Lee, 14 year old pianist from Yorktown Heights, NY, performs the Mozart Piano Concerto in E flat Major.

THIRD PLACE – Luming Chan, 14 year old cellist from Hastings in Hudson, NY performs the Dvorak Cello Concerto in B Minor.

FOURTH PLACE – Thomas Wolfgang, 17 year old oboist from Tuckahoe, NY performs the Mozart Oboe Concerto

FIFTH PLACE – Isabella Veltri, 17 year old mezzo soprano from New Rochelle, NY performs three arias by Gluck Puccini and Menotti.
