MAG Travels to Greenburgh
The membership of the Mamaroneck Artists Guild (MAG) is taking their show on the road – destination: The Greenburgh Public Library. As part of the continuing celebration of MAG’s 60th Anniversary year, members will exhibit works in a variety of media in the Howard and Ruth Jacobs Family Gallery at the Greenburgh Public Library beginning Sunday, March 16, 2014 and continuing through Tuesday, April 29, 2014. The Library is located at 300 Tarrytown Road in Elmsford, New York.Meet, mingle and discuss the works with the artists at an Artists’ Reception on Saturday, March 22, 2014, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Established in 1953 by seven local artists, the Mamaroneck Artists Guild is the oldest artist cooperative maintaining its own gallery in Westchester County. Viewing hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
