Stein’s Circle: French Influenced Cooking Class and Dinner

An evening at Crabtree’s Kittle House all inspired by a poem by Apollinaire.  $55 all inclusive with a recipe book to take home.

The dinner consists of a glass of wine, French hors d’oeuvres, Hudson Valley salad and poultry prepared with a recipe by Alice B. Toklas plus French inspired dessert.
