Time and Tide
Time and Tide is a four-person show of beautiful watercolors, assemblages and installation pieces inspired by the Hudson River and the history of the Hudson Valley.
The four renowned local artists are Lewis Cohen, Ellen Hopkins Fountain, Leslie Miller and Kathleen Yacoe. A shrine to the river gods will be the center of one installation and all will be invited to send messages to the river gods. In a public ceremony at Van Der Donck Park, “green” ships will be floated from the shrine down the Saw Mill River with some of the messages.
