Alternative Device Fair (Scarsdale)
Come to the Scarsdale Library on November 22nd to check out the latest in kid-safe and parent-approved phones and watches!
In a world where digital devices are ever-present, guiding our children’s relationship with technology has become more critical than ever. We invite families, educators, and community members to stop by to explore child-centered technology solutions. Leading brands will showcase their innovative phones and watches, each designed with children’s safety and well-being in mind. While most brands are only available online, this event will allow you to interact directly with the devices, understand their features, and ask questions face-to-face. Brand representatives will be on hand to demonstrate the specific functionalities of their devices, showing how they can serve as the perfect first phone for children — balancing connectivity with protection. Enjoy snacks, drinks and crafts for kids too!
This event has been brought to Scarsdale by IRL (In Real Life), a local nonprofit committed to taking childhood offline and into real life by creating community and conversation around healthy tech habits, including delaying smartphones and social media.
