RiverArts Studio Tour with 2025 Pocantico Prize Winner, Ada del Pilar Ortiz
Pocantico Prize-winning visual artist Ada del Pilar Ortiz opens her studio inside the David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center to the public. Visitors will also be able to visit the DR Center Gallery, now showing Shen Wei: Still/Moving.
This event is part of the 2025 RiverArts Studio Tour, an inspiring weekend highlighting artists’ work throughout the Rivertowns. The studio tour offers an opportunity to engage with local artists in an intimate setting, learn about their process and inspiration, and meet fellow art lovers along the way.

Ada del Pilar Ortiz
Ada del Pilar Ortiz is an artist whose practice explores connections between place, memory, and the body through material and process. Her work engages architectural fragments and shifting notions of home, reflecting layered histories within space. She has exhibited and held residencies across Puerto Rico and the rest of the United States.
