Sleepy Hollow Mermaid Festival

Join the ArtsMobile for a fun workshop at the Sleepy Hollow Mermaid Festival, a community celebration that encourages Hudson River access and education. The ArtsMobile by ArtsWestchester offers community members of all ages the opportunity to participate in arts activities throughout the county from April through October.
