Stretch, Wiggle, Flow! (Early Release Youth Workshop)
Let’s stretch, dance, and breathe in this fun and energetic class designed just for kids ages 5-7! This playful mix of yoga, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and Zumbini-inspired movement helps little ones build body awareness, confidence, and relaxation skills—all while having a blast! Each session will include simple yoga poses, guided breathing techniques, and joyful music and movement to encourage self-expression and focus. Kids will shake, stretch, and flow through engaging activities that promote coordination, creativity, and a sense of calm.
