Clay Art Center is pleased to present Come Together, our Clay Art Center Artists Exhibition for 2025, guest curated by Kelli Stewart. This exhibition features ceramic works that are made of two pieces, which come together to form something greater than the sum of its parts.
Guest Curator and past Artist-in-Residence at Clay Art Center Kelli Stewart, states, “In Come Together, parts work together to become one, exploring the idea of connection, unity and the struggle between individual identity and shared experience. This exhibition presents a diverse range of ceramic forms, through which we see how the tactile nature of clay can serve as a metaphor for connection. We are reminded that being human is never a static experience, but a dialogue—continually seeking balance between the separate and the whole.”
Participating Artists: Rana Amirtahmasebi, Peter Arnow, Keiko Ashida, Dalia Berman, Wendy Busch, Claire Cohen, Jane Neuss Cohen, Earlene Cox, Rose Foley, Mara Gross, Janet Harckham, Deb Heid, Robin Henschel, Debra Holiber, Denis Licul, Evelyn Mtika, Polina Nisenbaum, Sally Ng, Jess Palmer, Roberta Shapiro, Maria Spiess, Caito Stewart, Susan Wortman.
The exhibition will be on view in the gallery (and online) March 8th – April 5th, 2025.
