Gavin Lee is Steppin’ Out with Fred Astaire

Two-time Tony Nominee and Drama Desk Winner Gavin Lee brings his acclaimed solo show, Steppin’ Out With Fred Astaire, to the Emelin Theatre. Known for his Fred Astaire roles on West End and Broadway, Gavin, accompanied by hits from Gershwin, Berlin, and Porter, will transport you to the Golden Age of Hollywood with iconic songs and captivating stories.

Lee recently performed in Stephen Sondheim’s Old Friends with Bernadette Peters in the UK. He also starred as Lumière in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at the London Palladium and originated the role of Squidward in The SpongeBob Musical on Broadway. His notable roles include Thénadier in Les Miserables and the Grinch in How the Grinch Stole Christmas at Madison Square Garden. Lee also starred as Bert in the West End and Broadway productions of Mary Poppins, earning both Drama Desk and Theatre World Awards, as well as a Tony nomination.
