Letting Go to Bring In – Workshop

In this workshop participants will use art materials, journaling, and the creation of simple poems. They will begin by reflecting upon the year that has ended and all that they want to let go. The focus will then shift to what can be envisioned for the new year. There will be time for internal exploration as well as an opportunity to connect as a group. All that is created can be used throughout the year to reflect and build upon.
