Monday Night Poetry: From Villain to Vanished—How To Slay The Beast of Writers Block with Anastacia-Renee (via Zoom):

Join Anastacia-Renee as she leads a supportive, inspiring workshop for six weeks Jan 22-March 4 (no class on Feb 18).

We’ve all been haunted by the folklore of the big, bad mythical creature called “Writers Block.” In this generative workshop, week by week we will take our creative power back. We’ll tame and ultimately erase the Writers Block monster towering over and blocking our intentional and best writing. This workshop will supply you with multiple tools and exercises to dismantle self-imposed blocks and help you develop (or sharpen) writing rituals, practices and habits. Each class will consist of three generative writing prompts, three “writers block-blockers,” and one poetic device or multi-genre mini-writing lesson.
