ArtsWestchester ArtsMobile | NRCA ArtsFest 2023

The ArtsMobile by ArtsWestchester offers community members of all ages the opportunity to participate in arts activities throughout the county from April through October.

Stop by the ArtsMobile at New Rochelle Council on the Arts – ArtsFest 2023 at the Thomas Paine Cottage Museum between 12:00 and 3:00pm to participate in an art workshop!

ArtsMobile workshops are made possible by major support from White Plains Hospital and Westchester County Board of Legislators.
