ArtsWestchester ArtsMobile | White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival

The ArtsMobile by ArtsWestchester offers community members of all ages the opportunity to participate in arts activities throughout the county from April through October.

Stop by the ArtsMobile at the White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival in Tibbits Park between 11:00am and 2:00pm to participate in a visual arts workshop!
