Artist Talk: Betsy Gorman, Lujiang Lee, and Pete Rodriguez

Join artists Betsy Gorman, Lujiang Lee, and Pete Rodriguez in the galleries for a close look at their work featured in The World of Frida. Gorman’s mixed-media collages explore the fragility and forcefulness of Frida, Lee’s print examines her cultural heritage, and Rodriguez’s painting uses saturated colors and Kahlo’s role as a rebel who identified with the Mexican Revolution. Learn about the artists’ creative practices, and how each of them has been inspired by the iconic artist.
