Learn key elements to jumpstart your portraiture with acclaimed artist and professor Edgar Jerins. This four-day intensive workshop begins with a demonstration of basic proportions of the face. Following the demo, students will start drawing from a live model in charcoal on paper. The paper is then shellacked and the next three days, students will be painting in oil. With demonstrations and individual attention, you will learn how to create a striking oil portrait and likeness.
