HandPrint – Yonkers Quilt via Zoom

HandPrint – Free Zoom Art Workshop
A fun project using just a few materials. On a solid color 8.5″ x 11″ paper, draw the outline of your hand starting in the lower left or right corner and ending with your fingers on the upper right or left. Cut out on the outline with scissors and using a glue stick or tape, paste onto another colored page. If you don’t have colored paper, use white paper and color it in, one color for your hand, and another color for the background. Take a black marker and draw wavy lines across the page. Then, create a variety of patterns in the shapes made by the intersecting lines: Dots, stripes zigzags, swirls, stars-whatever inspires you.

ART MATERIALS
8.5″x11″ letter size paper, black Sharpie marker, crayons, scissors, glue stick or tape
