We Are River: Sounds and Sights of Endangered Waterways

| |

James Dean Conklin and Jim Metzger of Create Communicate Celebrate, Inc., present a multimedia photo-essay tour of Nepal’s endangered rivers. We Are River features a talk by Metzger about his photographs and a live performance of Nepali folk music by a small ensemble led by Conklin, presented via a solar-powered sound system. Explore the contrasts in river health between our awesome Hudson and some of Nepal’s largest and most significant rivers, and appreciate how people and places are connected through the global impact of climate change.
