Classical Jam

Classical Jam returns to the Scarsdale Congregational Church for another concert of classical reinventions, world-music inspired improvisations and new contemporary works. CJ welcomes the audience to join them for a musical trip around the world, featuring pieces from Argentina, Africa, China, Germany, France, and the Americas. Inspired by last season’s Gershwin medley, cellist Wendy Law will premiere her new mash-up of famous opera favorites, as well as percussionist Justin Hines’ virtuosic bucket concerto”There’s a Hole in the Bucket.”
