Make Your Own Clay Whistle! (Ages 8 & Up)

Ages 8 & up • Saturdays, October 12 & 26, 1:00 – 3:00 pm

Come learn to make your own ceramic whistle! Using clay, the class will follow Joel’s lead as they design and build whistles. Whistles are fired and ready in 2 weeks, and ready to glaze during the second session. This ancient art can be accomplished in 4 easy steps: make whistle-heads; make pinch pots; attach, test, and modify; add sculptural or decorative details. Simple and fun! All supplies included.
