Drop into the Learning Center on school vacation days to enjoy unique artist-led projects. Inspired by the extreme jewelry on view in Outrageous Ornament: Extreme Jewelry in the 21st Century, each workshop explores design, decoration and wearable art.
Wednesday, 12/26 Outrageous Neckpieces: Surprise materials will be on hand to create an unusual work of art that can be worn around the neck.
Thursday, 12/27 Crowns & Wands: Create your own majestic and magical accessories including crowns and wands.
Friday, 12/28 Upcycled Body Ornaments: Use recycled materials and found objects to design a wearable work of art.
