Our Winter Concert features guest conductor 2nd Lt. David Neil Regner, from the US Air Force Band, conducting Chorale and Shaker Dance by John Zdechlik, plus SFC Torin Olsen, SFC Anna Pennington, SFC Kristen Mather de Andrade, and SSG Briana Lehman from the West Point Band as soloists for Hector Villa-Lobos’s Concerto Grosso. Also programmed: Gandalf, by Johann DeMeij (conducted by Amy Wilcox); Serenity, by Ola Gjeilo; La Fiesta Mexicana, by H. Owen Reed; and Strategic Air Command March, by Clifton Williams.
