A master of imagination, Richard Lang Chandler takes the viewer into a journey through landscapes and city scenes where color defines and shapes the environment.  In his paintings, skies and sidewalks are wildly dappled, buildings undulate and perspectives are redefined by Richard extraordinary vision!
