International Music and Dance – Holy Trinity Greek Dance Troupe
The library’s 35th annual International Music and Dance for families will kick-off with authentic dances from various islands and mainland Greece, which will be performed by costumed members of the Holy Trinity Dance Troupe, of the New Rochelle Greek Orthodox Church. The Dance Troupe, led by Nick Gregory and coordinated by Eirini Metaxas, is comprised of enthusiasts who gather weekly to share their Hellenic heritage through dance. Mr. Gregory has been involved in Greek Folk Music and Dance for more than 35 years. Free. Seating in the 145-seat Ossie Davis Theater is on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning at 6:45 pm.
