11th Rising Star Concert

The Rising Stars Concert will provide the audience with an entertaining and culturally enriching musical experience listening to talented young performers from the Westchester and Hudson Valley Asian Pacific American communities, ages 8 to 18. These young artists will be selected through an audition process by a panel of distinguished judges of accomplished musicians and music teachers at the Music Conservatory of Westchester.

OCA founded in 1973, OCA – Asian Pacific American Advocates is a 501 (c) (3) national non-profit, membership-driven organization based in Washington, D.C. with over 100 chapters and affiliates around the country.  We are dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans.
