Downtown Music at Grace Church: Free Concert: Wed. Jan. 31, 2018: Violinist Anna Rabinova & Svetlana Gorokovich

Violinist Anna Rabinova and pianist Svetlana Gorokhovich collaborate on a program, which includes the Beethoven Sonata, Opus 47 “Kreutzer” and the Tchaikovsky Valse Scherzo. Anna Rabinova  joined the New York Philharmonic in 1994, two years after arriving in the United States from her native Russia; in the 2008-09 season she was a soloist with the Orchestra in Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 5, led by Lorin Maazel. Svetlana Gorokhovich is an internationally recognized pianist and prolific recording artist whose appearances include major concert halls in the United States, Germany, Italy, Holland, Japan, the Caribbean, and Iceland.
