A Celebration of Me: Visual Journaling Workshop

Art journals are a relaxing and fun expression of the inner you, a creative adventure of self-discovery where you’ll cultivate a connection with your past, present, and future. In this two-part workshop we will use our imaginations by experimenting with images, words, colors and textures through collage, writing, and simple sketching. We will chronicle our lives in a process that encourages us to know ourselves better through self-exploration. Please bring your creativity and an unlined notebook/journal book; we will provide other supplies. Instructor Karen Rippstein will lead you through the journaling process to help you create a deeper sense of self-awareness, empowerment, inspiration, encouragement and even transformation.
