Irish Song and Dance: Folk Art Event

Join us for an afternoon trip to Ireland, filled with traditional music and dance. Bronx Musician, Patty Furlong, an original member of “Cherish the Ladies,” will perform traditional Irish music on the button accordion, accompanied by her daughter Catriona Furlong on the piano. Once you’re tapping your toes, Catriona will lead an interactive demonstration on basic Irish step dance and audience members will have a chance to dance along to the music!
