Watercolor Workshop
In this workshop, participants will paint the museum’s surroundings en plein air, capturing its ‘sense of place’ from a personal perspective.
One of the hallmarks of Andrew Wyeth’s work is empathy for the subjects he depicted, as seen in his paintings of Chadds Ford and the Brandywine Valley. His paintings convey his deep roots and love for this place. There will be a demonstration by Ellen Hopkins Fountain, then participants will work on their own paintings with guidance from the artist.
Two 2-hour sessions; some painting experience required
Registration is limited. Reserve your place: [email protected]
