Fresh Cut! Painting Florals Workshop

NEW TWO-DAY WORKSHOP!
Instructor: Andrew Lattimore
This workshop will focus on how to paint florals with oil paints. There will be a discussion on the tradition of florals in art history and technical demonstrations on the structure and color rendering of petals of different types. Students will begin and develop a complex painting based on a floral arrangement of many different types of flowers. Development of a sginature style, either realistic or abstract will be encouraged as well as composition and dramatic lighting effects.
