An inside look at the workings of the New Rochelle City Court will be presented by the Honorable Susan I. Kettner and the Honorable Anthony A. Carbone, as part of the NRPL Foundation and the New Rochelle Bar Association’s “Law at The Library” series. The presentation will focus on topics such as Landlord-Tenant issues, Small Claims, Violations, and Criminal matters, all within the jurisdiction of our local City Court.
