Iridescent Effects

Learn to harness the glimmer and shimmer of Bullseye’s iridescent sheet glasses. Iridescent Effects provides hands-on experience with a multitude of techniques: clear powder application, irid patchwork, sandblasting, kilncarving, and photo resist film. You’ll study an extensive collection of samples and finished works, and then explore the possibilities as you make your own set of 6 tiles. This class also qualifies you to do sandblasting in our Coldworking Open Studios.

Prerequisites: Basic glass cutting skills and kilnforming experience.
