Men Talking to Boys: Tackling Domestic Violence
(Ages 12-31)
What is domestic violence? How do you know if you’re witnessing it? How do you know if you’re a victim of domestic violence? How do you know if you’re committing it?
Presented by the African American Men of Westchester, this day-long program includes workshops, discussions, and panels designed for young men aged 12-31, but open to all. Focusing on recognizing and preventing domestic violence, workshop facilitators serve as role models for the participants and provide a unique opportunity for attendees to hear firsthand from African-American professionals from a variety of private and public business industries. Men Talking to Boys is a call to action and education opportunity.
