Sue Larsen, Singer/Songwriter, Ventures Into the Jazz Pop Genre With Her Latest Single, Which Shares the Push and Pull of Unrequited Love

NORTH CASTLE, N.Y., Jan. 26, 2024 – – Bijoux Music Group LLC announced Sue Larsen’s jazz pop single, “You Don’t Know The Trouble You’ve Caused” is being released today, under the Bijoux Music Group LLC ® label and produced by Sue Larsen. It can be found on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, Deezer and all other streaming platforms. It is also available on Amazon and the iTunes Store for download.

“You Don’t Know The Trouble You’ve Caused ” is one of Ms. Larsen’s earliest works. It is a tale of unrequited love at a stage in her life when, as she puts it, “I didn’t have the life skills, experience, fearlessness, or awareness to process it. Hence, the song was written.” The song is playful and energetic, using brass instruments to exemplify the push and pull and the back and forth of the feelings and relationship.

Sue Larsen is an independent artist who has been crafting songs for over forty years. She has recreated herself learning and doing the pieces of this “DIY” music business as an independent artist and she is hoping others may be inspired to change what they are doing or being after reading her story. As Sue explains, “No matter what age you are, following your dreams, passions, or creative ideas is always a possibility if one is willing to do the work. You are never stuck.”

Sue Larsen is out of North Castle, New York and has lived in Westchester County, N.Y., her entire life. She has been in the music business for 40 plus years as a performer/songwriter and since her retirement, (HR), she continues to learn what is needed in this “new” DIY music business. She has her own publishing and recording company, Bijoux Music Group LLC®, and a home studio. She has been the producer and engineer for the recording, mixing, and mastering of her previously released songs and this track. She also performed all the vocals and instrumentation on each song. Her second single,“Hardly Hiding”, a song about unexpected love, was featured on WHUD 100.7 FM along with an interview with host Andy Bale in 2021.
