Artist Statement

I grew up in Switzerland. At the School of Visual Arts in Bern I studied Graphic Design, Fine Art and Sculpture. I was educated in old renowned European tradition. Work exhibited in Switzerland and New York. Paintings are in private and public collections. Commissions for fine art and design. Design submission to The World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition. My husband and I live in White Plains. Our home and studio is a National Landmark, "The Nine Pines". Astonishing monuments were sculpted here; some of them are: "The Ulysses Grant Memorial" in Washington, DC, by Henry Shrady, "The 107th US Infantry Monument", New York City, by Karl Illava, "Valor" and "Sacrifice" equestrian group, Arlington Memorial Bridge, Washington, DC, by Leo Friedlander.
