Artist Statement
Holds an MFA in painting from Lehman College. Her awards include the Individual Art Education 2002 award from the Westchester Arts Council for a response to 9-11 which involved the entire Peekskill community. Most recent award was received from "The Surface Design Association" in an international juried show in Kansas City, MO. titled, "Digital Delights". Her silk painting was digitized into a 6'x6' banner and displayed in Union Station.
